About Us
Greenmark Tiny Homes was founded by Kelly Green in October 2018 along with his partners Justin Kreger and Eric Kurzynski of Utopian Villas.
Kelly has been in the multifamily rental and apartment business since 1998 and the RV Park business since 2010. Justin and Eric have been in the custom home business since 2006 and the Park Model RV business since 2015. He believes the ability to place one of these homes on your own property or rent a space in an RV park creates an excellent option to renting an apartment.
It was from the experience of these businesses they started Greenmark Tiny Homes. The Park Model RV Tiny Home product allows homeowners the ability to purchase a small home and build equity while maintaining flexibility since the owner can move their home to another location at any time.
The popularity of living a more simplistic lifestyle has now became a trend. Whether it be someone’s permanent home or just their getaway destination, park models and tiny homes are an excellent answer.
We offer two product lines. Our customizable Greemark Tiny Home Park Models and our luxury fully customizable Utopian Villa Park Models.
